All Bark Bus bookings must be made by Sunday at 4pm for the following week. We’re unable to accommodate last-minute bookings, so please plan ahead to secure your pup’s seat.
New to Darlo Dogs?
All dogs new to our daycare complete free trial sessions before joining the Bark Bus. This gives your pup time to settle in, build confidence, and work up to full days comfortably. Once they’re happy and settled, they’re welcome to hop on board.

Our fabulous transport partners, Rupert’s Pet Rides, are bringing first class travel to Darlo Dogs.
Rupert is a Fox Red Standard Poodle with impeccable manners, a signature red scarf, and a firm belief that no dog should ever travel anything less than first class — so he started his own chauffeur service.
Their premium transport is everything a VIP (Very Important Pooch) is accustomed to — climate-controlled comfort, secure and comfortable seating, and a smooth ride straight to Darlo Dogs. Anxious first-timers and seasoned adventurers alike will arrive to daycare calm, happy and relaxed, while you enjoy total peace of mind.

We currently service Alexandria, Barangaroo, Bellevue Hill, Bondi, Darlinghurst, Double Bay, Kensington, Newtown, Paddington, Pyrmont, Randwick, Redfern, Rose Bay and Surry Hills. Not sure if your area is covered? Get in touch and we’ll let you know.
How do I book Daycare with Transport?
Bookings are made through the Darlo Dogs booking system — you can book online or download the Kennel Booker Pet Parent app and use ‘darlodogs’ as the business code.
When booking, select:
- Daycare Existing Client
- Your pet’s name
- Duration — must be Full Daycare
- Your preferred date
On the next page you can select any add-ons, and on the final page choose your 5 or 10 day Daycare + Transport pack.
Remember — all bookings must be made by Sunday 4pm for the following week.
What time will my dog be picked up and dropped off?

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up. Cancellations made after this time will result in loss of credit for that booking.
What if I miss the 4pm deadline?
The Sunday 4pm deadline allows us to plan pick-up routes efficiently for the week ahead. Late bookings can’t be guaranteed — if there happens to be space on an existing route we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please don’t rely on this. Get into the Sunday habit and you’ll never miss out!
Is transport only available for daycare dogs?
Yes — Rupert’s Pet Rides transport is available for daycare clients only. It runs Monday to Friday for daycare drop-offs and pick-ups. We hope to expand the service in the future — watch this space!
Can my dog join Rupert's Pet Rides on their first vist to Darlo Dogs?
Not quite yet! All new dogs must complete their free trial sessions and be comfortable doing full days at Darlo Dogs before joining the Bark Bus. This makes sure every pup is happy, settled and ready to travel. Book a free trial to get started.
