We love welcoming new little friends for dog sleepovers and overnight boarding. Before longer stays, we require a trial overnight stay — giving your pup time to feel safe, secure, and happy in our home-style setup, and giving you peace of mind.
The introductory trial is just $115 and includes a full day of daycare or weekend adventure plus an overnight stay. Once they’ve completed their trial, your dog will be ready to join the Darlo’s Den family for future holidays, weekends, or anytime you need small dog boarding in Darlinghurst, Sydney.

What are drop-off and pick-up times for Overnight Pawjamma Club Sleepovers and Trial Nights?
An overnight stay at Darlo’s Den is for a 24 hour period.
Weekdays:
- One Full daycare plus overnight – picked up from Darlo Dogs by 8am the following day. Staying longer than 8am is very welcome, and daycare is charged as per normal.
- No daycare before your overnight? Drop off at Darlo Dogs at 5.45pm, then pick up times for daycare the following day as per usual.
Weekends:
Drop off and pick times/location will be confirmed during the booking process.
Who looks after the dogs?
Giullia is our dedicated overnight carer — warm, patient, and adored by the Darlo Dogs crew. She’ll treat your dog like one of her own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and totally at ease
Where is Darlo’s Den located?
Just around the corner from Darlo Dogs in Darlinghurst. Close, convenient, and completely familiar for your pup.
What are drop-off and pick-up times for The Four Hour Paws?
Weeknights:
If your dog isn’t joining us for daycare on the day and you’re only opting for “The Four Hour Paws” they must be dropped at Darlo Dogs at 5.45pm. The pick-up location will be arranged directly, and it must be no later than 10pm; otherwise, a full overnight stay rate will be charged.
Weekends:
Times and location will be confirmed during the booking process. Stays longer than 4 hours will be charged the night rate of $130.
Do I need to bring anything?
Trial Night
Please bring your dog’s food, bed and any medications. We want to make them as relaxed as possible, given that they will be in unfamiliar company, and consistency will help. (Unless they sleep on your bed..a queen size suffice? 🙂
Pawjamma Club
No need! We provide food, bedding, toys, and everything your pup needs. Please let us know if your dog has any special dietary needs or requires medication.
The Four Hour Paws
If food is required during your stay, this will be additional charge.
Is Darlo’s Den only for existing daycare dogs?
Not at all! While most of our boarders are regular Darlo Dogs, we welcome new small dog friends too.
To ensure your pup is comfortable and we’re the right fit, we offer a trial overnight stay for $115, which includes a full day of daycare and exceptional overnight care. It’s the perfect way to ease into the Darlo Den experience — and meet some new fluffy friends along the way.
How many dogs stay at a time?
We intentionally keep the numbers low – 3/4 dogs, to make it feel like home, not a kennel. Peaceful, safe, and tailored to each pup’s needs.
